Cox had 13 possessions.
Absolutely ■■■■■■■ wretched performance. Completely devoid of skill, heart and system. If it wasn’t for the efforts of Ridley and a couple of the other defenders that would have been 80+. Against a ■■■■■■■ ordinary opponent. Why do our guys to refuse to attack the ball properly? Why do we still have so many players who can’t tackle properly? That was worse than last week, ■■■■■■■ pathetic on every level.

I’ll try to ignore the umpiring incompetence. I call it incompetence as I don’t want to accuse them of something much worse. Multiple Missed frees to Wright, marks called touched when they weren’t & completely different interpretations of holding the ball for each team.
Our greatest issue is that we have a midfield lacking in skills. Parish’s kicking possessions are a complete waste. They give our forwards nothing, and defensively he is a massive liability as he doesn’t work hard enough. He is not worth the big dollars he supposedly wants.
Time to give the youngsters a go. Get Davey Jnr in, get Tsatas in, give Baldwin a game. And, what were the selectors thinking getting rid of Menzie & keeping Snelling. Look to the future.
If Perkins needs a break give him one as he was invisible tonight. Hind was on the field for just over a quarter & had at least equal the amount of possessions that Bryan, Snelling, Phillips, Stringer & Perkins had. Lack of effort tonight. Not good enough.

I’ve copped plently of ■■■■ over the last 6 weeks pointing out not much has changed. it hasn’t been hidden.
it’s just the usual suspects who get validation out of backing in anything the club does have been out in number and voice, so daring to go against the status quo is merely harder to do, as you get labelled everything under the sun.
But again, be angrier at you, the club do what they do. you deluded yourself is on you.

It’s fun to pot the Champion Data bloke on SEN and other commentators who have said they don’t like our ‘profile’, but it really did come home to roost tonight.
The slow, kicking game cost us a lot tonight and it’s what all those statsmen said would happen against good teams.
