Dont be, that guy is the biggest doomer on the site, be happy that we appear to be doing something that the club hasnt been brave enough to do for 20 years, all we can really enjoy at the moment is the continued growth of our young guys, even the guys having a red hot crack for full games is an improvement on what we have had before.

At some not so distant point down the track most of us are going to look back on the subtle shift in dynamics happening now and realise that’s when it turned around.

Absolutely enjoyed the kids but unfortunately if your senior players are ■■■■ it’s not a good base
I just hope theses kids are picked for round 1 next year and we don’t continue to select the blokes that are the problem

We’re only a McKay, Langford, Parish, Draper, Ridley, Setterfield and Jones away from jumping 5 or 6 spots on the ladder.

Throw in a Z Reid and a H Reid and we’ll get to 10 spots higher.
I’m willing to bet that none of those ever play in a finals win for us

You’re like a relentless politician taking every opportunity to grandstand your platform it will take 10 years to get a Finals win.
It may be sooner than that but I doubt that any of those listed are part of it and some of them shouldn’t even be on our list beyond this year

I feel like if we’d drafted him with pick 40 or picked him up as a delisted free agent without a big dollar contract that he would be regarded a lot differently here. He’s played some good footy but he’s simply not the hired gun that some might have expected with the $$ being touted.
