Stuff like this seems like a subconscious way of not admitting how bad and hopeless our situation is. “If only we’d played Gresham instead of Wright!” - like we’d suddenly have a team capable of defending the ground. Now if we’d played Tsatas and moved Prior away from the wing - god damn we’d be fire!

We were both to tall and slow and yet had no contested marking power. Our one small was a first gamer with no tank. Pretty tough going really. Scott has always been one to challenge “balance”, I haven’t seen him win that contest yet, but he continues to pursue it.
