This is every single LAV involvement in football ever. Does something promising, then execution is absolute horse ■■■■

biggest truck since henneman, and he actually showed a lil at times.

How about you go familiarise yourself with a sex toy.

When he casts a shadow, play him in the AFL. Or do like Bomber with Marty and just bhi regardless.

A certain ginger, gangly, stick figure went ok too when given a chance

And luckily for him, cough ‘social media’ wasn’t around in those days.

He copped enough abuse from people in the ‘outer’ (I was a kid listening to it), but he could at least ‘regroup’ for six days without having to deal with constant talk for every minute of the following week.

It took a few years, but he got there.

If he was starting out now, am not entirely sure he’d survive long enough to ‘get there’.

I think we’re talking about the same person, Aceman.

For the watchers: If jerrett keeps playing well will he be in line for a call up as a small forward? Put some good VFL games together end of last year too.

Gets a bit tedious.

He needs to be in a position where they can’t ignore his VFL performances.

TBH, the way the AFL side has played the first 2 week he will get his chance eventually.

Laverde - 15 kicks, 11 handballs, 6 Mark’s and 0.3
Langford- 13 kicks, 12 handballs, 7 tackles, 1 goal
Redman- 9 kicks, 13 handballs, 1 goal
Mutch- 15 kicks, 6 handballs, 8 marks

Ridley and Guelfi had 17 each and Mynott had 20

So no one pushed for a senior recall in an 102 point win? JEEPERS

McKernan, Merrett and Lav should be viewed as pushing for a senior spot based on that performance. No-one else.

Clarke and Langers i would think

I’m afraid I don’t see it with Cllarke. Maybe, being an in and under mid, I am not noticing him as much as I should, but I don’t see it. Langford fair enough. No better and no worse than he has been doing for a season and a bit - pretty good at VFL level but just mediocre at this stage at AFL. I don’t have any problem in recalling him, but he did nothing this week to suggest he will go any better than he has in his last dozen or so game in the seniors.

I want to maximise the midfield exposure that our AFL-listed players get at the VFL level.

I’m going to go so far as to say that Hocking, Hind, Heppell should never be at a centre bounce. Just go sink-or-swim with the kids at this irrelevant level. Throw Lav, Ridley, Houlahan in there in their place, presuming we are genuine about developing them as midfielders.

What other VFL players take midfield minutes away from our AFL listed players? If we are ruthless as I am proposing?

Apparently too good for AFL too. Woosha waiting for a superior competition to be formed before unleashing SMACK!
