There is absolutely no way that this rule improves consistency in htb.
Lefau annoys me because he plays for Richmond yet he is inherently likable.

It has already been delayed to tell the players, so a bad bounce will waste more time.

Players are being rewarded simply for not taking the ball carrier to ground, regardless of whether any of the other criteria for HTB are met.
