How could anyone sit through 2 hours of watching football tonite with St Kilda playing?? Better Homes and Gardens seems a better watch.
You see it quite a lot in the ruck fraternity. A lot of them live their AFL lives as a permanent insurance policy.

There is a relatively high proportion of ruckmen that have played at 3+ clubs. It’s like if you’re tall and half-decent enough to be an able backup ruck you’ve got an 8-10 year career irrespective of how many senior appearances you make. What did Flip play, about 70 or so AFL games in 11-12 seasons?
