why are taggers allowed to hold up and block midfielders at clearances ? you are not allowed to do this to a forward off the play so why are they allowed to do this at clearances when the player does not have the ball?
Greatest risk would be a leg break by the kicking leg hitting the pivoting leg, a bit like Stingers junior injury.
