Fringe players never do it seems. Maybe that’s consistent across the league? I wouldn’t know, I don’t follow other team selections.

The club will spend all off season talking about development programs and having the best development coaches.
Development programs don’t mean sh*t, if there is no rhyme or reason at selection.
When there’s no integrity at selection, there will be no development of players.
This is why supporters are fed up with it.

Surely these are last chance saloon selections over the past few weeks? Hopefully it’s giving some a chance to prove their worth before end of season delistings and/or protecting trade capital for others that haven’t been dropped.

Okay let me have a crack at the logic
Dropping setterfield because we are one too many clearance players, give more centre bounces to sharp and robey and setterfield doesn’t do much else. Archie Roberts a good in.
McKay for Jones… meh, same garbage but tall for tall
Clarke for cox, winger for winger
Kondo for el hawli
Blaki for ridley
It makes some sense on paper. Pity we’re playing on grass not paper

Jones will be CHB on Hipwell. Blakiston to in the BP for Draper/Fort. This allows Redi to take Morris.

Ahhhh yes, that makes sense for why we dropped McKay.
I’m not a fan of either of them but the Cox and Jones selection musical chairs isn’t helping either of them. Where’s the continuity for the players
