You watch all these good teams and they all have hard/angry/aggressive players.
Who do we have that we can rely on to do that?
Devon seems to be the only one.

That’s what I wanted to see from Essendon. To show that they have addressed their weaknesses and improved.
I haven’t watched any of that game, but what is with Rockliff only getting 9 possessions? Did he go off injured or is he playing full time forward?
the comes from a good family with leadership qualities protocol.
Think he was just no good.

goddard too, but I think his is more just general grumpyness.
Teams don’t fear us, cos why would they. prolly our best player gets knocked out last week, not 1 person made any sort of fuss.

Port will be good at any ground this year. This fixture is at Etihad.
We absolutely ripped them apart in the middle of last year… I would be very surprised if lightning strikes twice.

Essendon are a lot better in Melbourne.

I think it’s worth noting that they beat Sydney at the SCG last year as well.
It wasn’t too bad (but not enough). Screw Port.
They did, but I think sydney are a lot better at this stage of the year than they were at the same time last year. Time will tell.
They’re good at winning premierships that’s for sure.
