We kicked 8 goals in the 3rd against North last year Rnd 11
We beat West Coast in Rnd 16 last year kicking 19 goals.
Rnd 1 2023 we kicked 19 goals against Dawks
We had plenty of other games where we dominated but kicked a lot of behinds which could have been beltings.
We have done it, just doesn’t feel like it because of how bad out seasons end up.

I mentioned foot on the throat against the opposition in the last quarter.
Against North we kicked one goal in that last quarter.
Against the Eagles, it was a 30 point win in the end. not really anything convincing. With two goals kicked towards the end of the game.
I’m talking about an absolute belting.

It’s Norf’s first win by 40+ since mid 2020… and I can’t say whether Adelaide was able to field a proper team on that day.
We’ve had nine such wins over the same time period.
They are playing the kids, but the kids needed experienced players around them to support them.

It wasn’t meant as a specific comparison against North, more that thoroughly enjoyable experience in the last when you’re absolutely demolishing a team and just celebrating the win early.
