Richmond are going to be so bad next year espically if the exodus happens.

Nah, Richmond are ■■■■■■ for a while now. They sold the farm for Taranto and Hopper and have nothing coming through.
Why would Richmond want to win with the players leaving and in total rebuild mode

Its not just about collecting high draft picks Richmond have to devlop them as well and they could have a few busts along the way
The Tassie thing is a bit overblown. Will be plenty of good picks available and even if they are down at least 5 years I’m willing to bet that we still haven’t won a final by then
