Round 23 changes. Fark Carlton

Hard to drop someone after the win.

In: heppell

Out: Fantasia. (Unless we rest winders/ chapman)

Howlett sub.

Would probably be good to give Winders a break so hes fresh for finals footy

In: Hird

TBell gotta play.

I think someone will get the rest this week maybe winders or chappy. Be nice for fantasia to play 2 in a row as well.

Chappy looked up and about today but Winders looked stiff and sore today.

I actually think Jetta might play this week if Bomba rests a few, they won’t care if he gets injured.

Wouldn't be surprised the coaches decide to look at a structure against the Blues like this:

- Bellchambers in for Ambrose.

- Hurley CHF in place of Ambrose

- Bellchambers deep forward with Daniher

- Carlisle CHB.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see Hurley rested - said on radio after the game he had spasms in both hamstrings in Q4 as he was fatigued and hadn't been off at all in the first 3 quarters - would mean Ambrose stays in.

Winderlich is due for a rest and Hardingham would be the logical replacement.

Heppell in for Fantasia unless there is someone else in need of a freshen up.

All the above assumes that Hooker  comes up.

Rather strange press conference by Malthouse. He claimed the reason Blooos are tired is because they have been playing so many teams in the 8, or teams in contention for the 8. Glad he didn't include his rabble in that. However, l digress. Looking at it another way, he is really saying they just aren't good enough, if they were, then they would be one of the teams in contention to play finals.

No resting unless injured. We are not good enough to have a rest and lose and then click our fingers the week after in a final. Need to build momentum and stability in team. Zerrett sub and plan a swap with benny 10 mins into 3rd qrt. He is the perfect sub and there is no need to burn him out now. Benny is the type who can go 150% for a short time.

Just ask his missus ;)

Out: Ambrose, Winderlich (rest)

In: Bellchambers, Heppell

Hird and Heppell.

Great ins.

Chappy, Winders and Goddard maybe even Hurley to rest.

Belly in just in case for finals.

Gleeson, Melk and Hepp to come in.

I would also consider a rest for somebody else and try get Edwards a game.

Do you really think there's a chance that we will make such big changes to our structure one week from the finals? Carlisle will definitely start forward, as will Hurley definitely start back.

If Jetta plays next week I'll donate my left nut to science - next week.

Well Ambrose had a shocker. TBC can’t come in as he has lost all confidence. We have to try someone else as the 3rd tall up forward.

People have suggested Ashby. Why don’t we try him next week. Otherwise give Hardingham another crack, when we were playing our best footy earlier in the year he was kicking 2 or 3 goals.

The only change besides Heppell returning is resting Ryder for T-Bell.

Even still, can all the discussion this week be about how unfair it is that Jetta never got a chance?
