Ukraine has asked the UK to withdraw the offer of Typhoon fighters and instead support the F-16 program. Good indication that momentum is building behind the scenes.

Comedy Capers, Kremlin style. High command figures descending into a round of he said, l said, speaks volumes about how far they have fallen. It doesn’t matter if the claims against Wagner are true or not, from our point of view. It only depends on those on the inside whether or not they believe one side or the other. Of leadership? There is little and it is in dispute with elements of itself. The more they fight amongst themselves, the more l like it.

The massive explosion yesterday or the day before was another soviet era rocket fuel waste dump. Negligible military value, other than the PR of the big explosion.

Europe continues to nudge each other to see if the monster under the bed is real. Each wanting to be seen as brave, but hoping a friend will move first. Same feeling in the lead up to tanks.

France doesn’t have f-16, but like the UK is trying to lay the groundwork for others to step up.
