Katz makes a good case that a primary cause of degrading russia is their degraded education system.
I accept the link, but also despair for Australia after witnessing first hand our degrading university systems over the past 30+ years.
We’d want to hope very much that our younger generations have other ways to learn and become valuable members of society, rather than relying on revenue focused, poorly managed, lack of educational rigour or standards, moral wastelands that our universities have become.
