Fact checking Resident Orang-utan. What a waste of time. He’s a lying, liar who lies a lot. He says he doesn’t lie, but that was a lie, as he does lie, a lot… lots of lies.

I’m surprised, I thought there would be more.

I’ll assume the Potato Fuhrer means that Europe prospers under a good Russian invasion.

They’re well grounded these Ruskies.

Travelling nicely for mine… No changes to the team plan.

The Repugnican’ts don’t think so. They believe that the sun shines from their ar$e and that the world revolves around them.

Russia pushing the boundaries.

Oil, is a burning thing, and it makes a smokey ring. Ukraine went for it, they went wild. Oh, and the flames burnt higher.

A weaker rouble is a doubled-edged sword. A lower level against the dollar raises the rouble value of oil exports, helping plug the government’s deficit. Yet it also pushes up the price of imports—something that matters for both consumers and the war effort.

In November Elvira Nabiullina, governor of the central bank, acknowledged monetary policy (my note: at 21% possibly moving up to 25% later this year) had reached a “tipping point” and that growth in corporate lending would now fall, constraining demand.

A declining currency and ballooning budget deficit has led to talk of a hard landing in 2025. After two years of strong growth, which confounded analysts’ predictions, Russia’s pace of expansion will slow. The economic bill for the war is at last coming due. It could be big.

I suppose the big question is:

Where are all these required armaments going to come from? Please don’t tell me ‘the United States of Autocracy’.

Hopefully, every armaments factory outside of the USA ramps up production and leaves the backstabbing US pr!cks lamenting a 500 billion loss of military sales. Yuck the Fanks and Truck Fump.

And if Australia does increase the military spend by 3%, I hope they spend it all in South Korea, Japan and Europe. Yuck the Fanks.

USA puts restrictions on any USA part that is found in a piece of equipment that any country uses so you cannot use it without permission. Rendering that whole piece of equipment useless. We need to build stuff without US parts. AUS should be creating everything and anything and create markets for the world to purchase from us. It something that China cannot compete with, or undercut us because of our alignments.

It hasn’t happened in this Boomer’s lifetime. It’d be exceptional if it happened, I’d be almost as happy as an Essendon finals win. But, call me a sceptic.

The big ticket items we appear to buy off the USA. I suppose it’s all about economies of scale. Our 27 million peaceful citizens versus America’s 350 million, gun totting, shoot ta kill, tobacco chewing, God bothering, negro hanging, Trump voting, brain dead rednecks.

I reckon we have the capability and probably the nouse to produce more and better armaments, but we’d need a large market to likewise, have economy of scale.

I’m just surmising this as a best guess. There’s posters on here better qualified to expand on this subject than me.
