I believe that whatever deal is offered to Russia will be refused by Putin. Putin and Russia are basically screwed economically if the war stops. Demographically they have huge problems, and on the world stage Putin is humiliated if Ukraine continues to exist.
It’s sad that our saving grace, that Trump can’t sell out Ukraine, relies on Putins catch 22.

Or even better, the Russian economy collapses and the Russian front callapses after being deprived of logistic support. It means putting up with Putin’s drone terrorism a while longer. I know this is an optimistic reading of the tea leaves but I don’t think Ukraine is ready for Taco’s weak position just yet.

To what extent is Ukraine reliant on US military hardware and USAF support, US naval blockades in the Mediterranean ?
Also, is Turkey vulnerable to US pressure , given that it controls exit and entry passage through the Black Sea ( with US backup)?
If King Donald thinks giving Putin all he wants will end this terrible war, then he is delusional.
