The depth and scale of the corruption in this instance does not surprise. Even if it is not typical across the entire army it does clearly indicate how rotten to the core the RUAF is, and how corruption is part of the RU mind set. If this keeps up l would expect many more officers to be shot dead and a mutiny is not out of the question.
