That’s going to go well at Essendon isn’t it. As a club we love playing injured players. It’s a core philosophy.
I’m not sure whether we have many posters who have intimate knowledge as to the skills, experience etc required for this enormous task but would Phil Merriman currently at Freo be a candidate? Seems to have worked his way up through the system.

Exactly. Haven’t several players commented about the training and they found it more difficult/intense at other clubs? (Including local league clubs)
