And still need AFL handouts.
They could win the flag, and I still wouldn'trate themrecognise their midfield.
7 in a row to start the season…obviously on the gear.
What’s a North Melbourne?
Higgins will be out for up to 12 weeks with knee injury.

He has actually been very important for them, that is a big out.
He was always going to get injured at some point.
The only thing left is for Waite to cost them a game by being a total idiot.
Their season can literally fall apart if two of Waite, Petrie, Harvey, Wells or Goldstein get injured.
So many oldies

In that case I hope they all go down, cannot stand North and the only thing that ■■■■ me more than their playing group is their fucktard of a whiny, sooky coach and their shirhead President.
There supporters love to sook about how we kept them out of the comp until 1925. ■■■■ are we let them about 100 years too ■■■■■■■ soon for mine!
I refuse to buy into themSame here.
Seriously, have I woken up in a bizarro world? North are undefeated, Carlton have 3 on the trot, Freo are duckeggs-and we suck. Worst nightmare would be that little slime duo of Thomas and Harvey holding up the premiership cup.
Oh yeah, and I really hate Norf
I can’t buy into them either. And refuse to as well. They will lose in the Prelims. Geelong and the Swans to make the Granny with Hawthorn and North to lose in the Prelims.
Gee I’ll be glad when this round is over and I can go back to forgetting about this mob until the next time we play them…
Worst 8-0 team ever
Today was the first time I’ve seen them play this year and it definitely looks like they’ll only get one shot at a flag before falling off a cliff.
Harvey looks fairly cooked, and pretty much all of their other good players are on the decline as well.
It’s going to be quite satisfying to see them fall short this year and plummet down the ladder in 2017.
Worst 8-0 team ever
Came in thread to post same.
Well done.
This is more relevant in here…
Be interesting to see who goes at the end of the year
Dal Santo - still going ok, outside player who I can’t remember being injured much
Firrito - most likely of all to retire/be moved on imo
Gibson - as per Dal Santo. Not as much time in AFL system so body probably protected a little bit
Harvey - would imagine this is his last year. Output offensively likely to drop, and he needs a lot of offensive output to off put his lack of defensive output (which is probably part of the reason he’s managed to keep going this long)
Higgins - likely has 1-2 seasons after this before his body packs it on for good
Petrie - second most likely to depart after Firrito
Swallow - probably has until he’s 31-32 at most before he retires. Still good for another decent year or 2 now though
Lindsay Thomas - still playing as well as I can ever remember him. Has 3-4 good years left in him unless his leg speed goes all of a sudden
Scott Thompson - reckon he’s one that’s dropped off slightly. Goes around next year because of Firrito retiring, then pushed out the year after unless Hansen, Tippet and Nielsen are deemed not AFL standard
Waite - probably playing the best he ever has, but can see him dropping off very sharply. His only trick is his athleticism so if that drops off he’ll get swallowed up by defenders
Wells - the end is nigh. One major soft tissue injury and he’s pretty much cooked
