The players association needs to go to bat for these players. If Toby Greene gets a heavy fine for simply being in the room where a bad joke was told then the PA needs to stand up to the AFL.
This is increasingly sounding pathetic. Someone told a Diddy joke? Who isn’t telling Diddy jokes right now? He’s ripe to be taken apart. My kids were telling baby oil jokes.

But whatever it was someone must have been upset by it for it to get to this point because as far as we know it was a private function.
Part of me thinks it is going to be overkill.
But part of me thinks if AFL players haven’t yet worked out that doing dumb ■■■■ in public (where anyone beyond trusted connections or teammates can see it) is running a real fine gauntlet, they deserve what they cop.
