Given the success this mob has had in recent years, I’ve come to realise I didn’t truly appreciate just how satisfying that 2018 Grand Final loss to the Eagles was. Collingwood supporters have been on an incredible ride since 2022 — and I’m very, very jealous.
To top it off, their biggest rivals in Carlton, Essendon and Richmond are all languishing near the bottom of the ladder. It really doesn’t get much better for them.
