Butters won’t be playing against us in a few weeks.
Yet I’m still having nightmares about how we stop JHF who demoralised us last year, and Rozee who does as he pleases every time.

Now I don’t really like Port, but I reckon they are entitled to be peeved off for the fact that tonight’s game against the Pies is their only MCG game for the season.

These clubs need to start kicking up a stink about being forced to play at 2nd rate grounds instead of being denied an opportunity to play at the G.

They have copped a few injuries to their key position players at either end.
Todd Marshall and Jack Lukosius up forward out for months and Zerk down back.
I wonder if this brings Ollie Lord into the frame. Or whether they’d be too top heavy with him there.

■■■■ Hawthorn, sure, but ■■■■ Willie Rioli, too. He’s a grub. Not only did he deliberately (and bone-headedly) try to cheat a doping test, he’s a recidivist cheap-shot merchant. I certainly haven’t forgotten his off-the-ball hit that left Ridley concussed. Just about my most disliked player in the competition.
