I have Andrew Lovett right up there for that.
Was more due to off field stuff, but fark all players could run at his speed and still deliver 50m bullet passes without breaking stride. He was insanely talented.

Iirc had more than one off field indiscretion his first few years in the AFL but has kept himself out of trouble (or at least the headlines) since.
Cupido hands down is the greater waste of talent, Stringer isn’t even close on that dynamic.
