I like Matty and I like he way he coaches and the way he addresses he players at 1/4 time and 3/4 time: ( thats the time you get to be a fly on the wall at VFL matches. ) The speech at the Crichton really was not indicative of the quality of this guy, He is so much better than that and I think that fact comes across in the SEN clip. I would encourage Ego to ditch the written speech next year, and just speak the way he does when talking to the players.
