Sorry Saga - “It’s actually quite funny people thinking they know more than they actually do”

Well said!

I took it as a friendly reminder that permission is required to release the ASADA document. AGS is a bit more circumspect than ASADA and would also be conscious that evidence to the AAT is given under oath.
If there is an open hearing, the contents of the ASADA affidavits should be given an airing and enter the public domain.

Fact 31 alleges Gil blackmailed Hird.
Hird lodges a complaint against Gil.
Gil may have committed an indictable offence - Crimes Act 1958 Section 87 and liable to level 4 imprisonment of 15 years.

Thanks so much.

Is that actually from today? Bruce is still plugging away.

For what it’s worth, I had a fellow blitzer provide some relevant questions for candidates for Batman.

To their credit, the greens door knockers took my details and showed some interest.

My email to the labor candidate was responded to with 20 minutes by some one acting on behalf of the candidate. Essentially they said ‘whatever our opinions are about what happens, we can’t simply repudiate the governing body and the laws’.

I haven’t responded yet, other than to thank him for his speedy reply, and that I’d love to debate him further on the issue again sometime. Also to ask him to let me know when he’s passed on my email to whom it was addressed to.

I get that they have other people access their email accounts, but do they ever pass emails on?

It might be useful for the member of the public to seek clarification from ASADA as to how many people it afforded access to those forms ( in addition to players) - such as WADA, WADA lawyers, CAS arbitrators, AFL, Players counsels - as well as the extent to which they were redacted.

I wonder if a certain opposition club president would entertain the thought of playing this said recording on his morning radio program just to boost ratings for his radio station?

Most certainly would make for a steaming hot breakfast if he were too…

If its real he wouldn’t be interested, he only promotes unfounded lies like Sarah.

You should tell them that both ASADA and the AFL had no problem repudiating the government and its laws. That was the whole point of your email.

From the CAS case transcripts:

Page 22. Clause 117:

It was powerfully argued for the 32 Players that given WADA’s failure to accede to the Players’ requests to produce key witnesses such as (1) Mr. Xu, the biochemist who allegedly sold the TB-4 to Mr. Charter; (2) Mr. Charter himself, who was alleged to have purchased the TB-4; (3) Mr. Alavi, who was alleged to have compounded it; and (4) Mr. Dank, who was alleged to have administered it to the Players, deprived the Players of the opportunity of testing their evidence in the usual way by cross-examination and the Panel of the opportunity to observe their demeanour. Therefore, little if any weight should be given to their testimony in so far as adverse to the Players. It was not, however, submitted that in point of law the Panel could not admit hearsay evidence and it was accepted that WADA could not compel such persons to attend the hearing and had not been able to persuade them to attend the hearing before the AFL Tribunal. The Panel noted that WADA argued that it could also have been disabled by those persons’ absence insofar as WADA’s case relied on their testimony, since in written form it lacked the impact that oral evidence might have had.

I am still very interested in knowing more about Sarah, this was a major turning point. Perhaps given some of this new information coming forward now, the truth on this matter may also come to light.

Sarah was Eddie’s contribution to AFL for keeping Collingwood out of the saga. Eddie is all for sacricial lambs when they aren’t Collingwood.

they can allege all they like without proof it is only an unsubstantiated allegation not proof that anything happened

It sounds nice, but what do you base that on?

I don’t contribute to this thread anymore to protect my own sanity.

However after reading that summary of Bruce’s (and I don’t generally love his work)y seething anger has returned with a vengeance.

I want all individuals involved to be exposed, and it’s still painful to know that will very likely never ever happen. The Sarah call in particular is so outrageous (not the conduct, the fact that nobody has reported the truth) it still makes my blood boil now.

And the other thing I desperately want to know is this.

This time last year Hird was offered the breakfast shift on SEN and the AFL killed it.

One year later, they are not objecting to / facilitating his employment with Freo and apparently also with C7.

After everyrhings that’s happened, why are they trying to buy him off now?

As for that Four Corners Hal Hunter show and the man in the white coat masquerading as a medical specialist. In that show Hunter referred to having injections. Funny that he was never charged. Was he one of the 5 or so that lied, as Hird said in his interview with Tracey Holmes?

AGS now seeking views of players on confidentiality of DCF. Did ASADA seek views when the FOI request was lodged, or when it passed them on to WADA, AFL and others?

We all know what will happen.

Players will agree to release them to private party whose working in their best interests to right the ASADA wrongs

AFL will leak them to media and cause a shitstorm again by selectively choosing to portray them in a negative way however that may be.

If he self harms in a serious way, where would the AFL be in relation to “feedback” from the media / public…I am guessing far far up ■■■■ creek. You have your answer SMJ…they can now wipe their filthy hands re JHs me tal health.
