There is always a job for Gill at the AOC, CEO position advertised. ASADA CEO position would not suit, subject to public service rules and public service salary conditions.
Iâve always wondered why people on the EFC side never recorded conversations. Maybe they did.
HmmmmâŚI wonder if there are any more recordings Gil, I wonder if there are any more? I mean if there are recordings Gil, you wouldnât want them being made public like this one would you.
Full 18 minutes up (behind the paywall) on the Herald Sun website. Doesn't really reveal a hell of a lot. Might have strengthened my love for James Hird but that's about it.
Any Soundcloud or Audioboom mirror?
Maybe what is new is that there are tapes which cannot be refuted, especially if they include conversations with Gill. If so, a memory jogger for those who canât recall.
Bomber eats the mints right through the meeting. #mentosmoments
In that case, stand by for another Lukin special.
AFL announces new rules changes tomorrow
We may have known or very strongly suspected the threats, but now we hear the in-house discussion. I understand:
- My dear old mother would have been bitterly disappointed to hear the âgolden boyâ swear
- Little agreed to the tape being released. Maybe he can help revamp the AFL commission?
- There are 4 people who donât wish to be bullied anymore
- Those officers at ASADA are on notice from a senator who has some real numbers if she can persuade others in her party. As it stood, the Greens could fight in vain for an inquiry but if the minister and now some ALP support an inquiry, information may emerge to exonerate our players or at least, ensure this can never happen again to innocent athletes.
Makes you wonder why this is coming out today after a whole bunch of workers just got the splintered shaft.
âLetâs crack em⌠Letâs crack the â â â â â â â â Bomber Thompson
Best quote ever.
Iâm just disappointed Bambi wasnât at the meeting.
(Why was this taped? Were other meetings taped?)

Australia Post is looking for a new head honcho. rumour has it the pays about 5 mill a year Lol
I want Ben McDivitt on the â â â â â â â witness stand under otah.
Hereâs a sneak peak of that, âI donât recallâ, âIâll take that under advisementâ, âI donât rememberââŚetcâŚetcâŚetcâŚ

True.
Maybe the players should have used that defence when they were grilled by Asada worked for Andruska.

This worked for me: http://www.news.com.au/video/id-J0NXl4OTE6IOiOk-pTRZLUGsnF_i_eTO/Secret-Dons-tape--Full-18-minute-version-LANGUAGE-WARNING
I have mixed feelings about this being on the front page of the herald sun at this stage, but it all depends on how the aftermath plays out. If better be worth it. I must say though, with Gil on SEN tomorrow, man, this is superb timing for an attack.
Itâs an interesting tape, doesnât really tell anything new, itâs just kind of this weird 2013 time capsule. Which is kind of nice, because it puts you back in a place when neither the sanctions or seasons 2014-16 had happend yet.
But some things i took from it.
- Itâs kinda cool to hear Hirdy, all lucid and fired up, before the weight of the world shat on him.
- I friggin love Bomba. Heâs so damn angry, and far more defiant than i remember. âWeâve got to find out what happened!â
- I swung between hating Little and respecting his wisdom all the way through. Itâs so confusing.
- Not once, in 18 minutes, does anybody say anything at all about Thymosin, beta 4 or thymomodulin. Only AOD is mentioned.
- What a c*nt of situation all those guys found themselves in. Iâm glad I wasnât required to be at that meeting, or deal with the fallout of it.
This one is a little easier to read
Iâm clicking and clicking on the red arrow to listen to the tape but itâs not working. Maybe I should wait for the paper version and click that? Help me, Blitz IT
I have mixed feelings about this being on the front page of the herald sun at this stage, but it all depends on how the aftermath plays out.Meh I say â â â â it and â â â â the afl. They let the beast out of the bag and sold us under the bus. let those â â â â â â â â â â â â have the start of their afl seasons ruined for the next 5 years. Anything that hurts the afl brand i'm all for.
on our end, how can it get any worse ?
they gonna suspend us again ?
they gonna call us drug cheats even more ? just wait on the off chance we do well in the first half of this year, the â â â â stream of drug cheats will only magnify according to our success.
they gonna ruin our reputation even more ?
â â â â the absolute â â â â â â â lot of em, and i hope itâs news til the start of the season, i want them and the aflâs rep tarnished as much as ours.
Going back over the old Warner reports of secret deals - 29 March 4 December 2013, Gillâs role was not referred to, mainly about Fitzpatrick working through his mate Wylie. There was a reference to Vlad saying that the Commission could not talk to them, but acknowledged that Wylie may have informed the Commission boss.
