Speculation on changes for Adelaide (2019 round 18)

Like for like.
Out: Hurley, In: Hartley
If Heppell is ready then Langford out

Age reported today that Hepp is good to go. He’ll be needed against the Crows midfield too.

Ambrose and Heppell back would be massive for us.

I read somewhere earlier that it was 5 weeks injury. But if this latest news is accurate, then it’s good news. Amazing how we look at Ambrose coming back in as a great addition. Wouldn’t have said the same thing last year

Ambrose and Hooker can get it done with Francis and Gleeson playing the Hurley type role. Hepp in the midfield and we’re definitely looking more competitive than i hoped. If Raz finds form or Smack pops up for one of his freak games we might get over the line.

I’ll eat my hat if either of Ambrose or Heppell play

Ambrose on Tex, Hooker on Josh, win in the bag.

Clarke to Laird.

Ambrose has a history of reinjuring himself. Sounds like a desperate move.

I like the left-field thinking, but I’d be really disappointed if we did that.
Laird is a receiver.
And I think we have players who could do that job better.

Hopefully we shut down ■■■■ Loan.

Stupid filter and taking away A R S E Loan

The wording in the article makes it clear that the imminent return of Heppell and Ambrose are possibilities rather than probabilities.

Obviously it’s just the media but this one sounds more positive.

A lot of posters suggesting Langford goes out for Heppell, never really been a Langford fan or hater but he’s becoming a goal kicking midfielder and I like that. Not sure who goes out thou - Guelfi?
