First hearing about stewy coming home I was like, this has gotta be a joke…why would we want a ageing broken down footballer for a position we have plenty of talent busting to have a crack at.
But if he has his body right, comes relatively cheap, Stew could be a cherry on top player for us. He would give us some flexibility with Hooker playing forward or back. He brings premiership IP with him. Hell, it’d be a PR win for a 34 member to come BACK to the club, rather than leave. But lets not forget, when fit, he’s a bl0ody good footballer with pace to burn. Right up woosha’s alley.
I loved Crammers when we had him, when he decided to leave I was shattered, but understood. When he stood up for his mates over his new president I saw a bloke that was once a bomber, always a bomber at heart. Let him come home. I for one would welcome him.
