About mid afternoon today headed over to the StKilda football club facilities in Seaford.
Having just visited the EFC Tullamarine facilities, it's fair to say that our new car park is bigger than all their buildings. I don't even think they had a shop to buy merchandise.
As for training no one attended, no coaches were seen, no players, no support staff, no water bottles. Plenty of places to park in their car park.
There were 4 socks though, one in a pair and two singles on their main oval. No idea why.
Essendon you get the beautiful roar of modern jet engines as they take off into the sky.
Dunno if your serious or not, but gonna tell any way, a random story, but no pics.
Yesterday went to pick hubby up after work, (they had a day where they could wear their footy colours, hubby wore Essendon scarf)
When he is about get into the car, an elderly gentleman comes over and says, I know you don't remember the 1947 Grand Final :) , but we beat you guys by a point that day, I was 20 and an emergency for Carlton.
In the space of 2/3 weeks have randomly met 2 Carlton people, one to go, as things happen in 3's, hopefully that will be the end of it. :)

Alan Greenshields, he played more games for StKilda after he left Carlton than he did for the Blues.
Interesting he's all "we beat you guys".
8.11 to 8 straight at Half Time. We threw it away.

His name was Bill Redmond.
Thanks for the score, I did look him up, but didn't bother looking up the game.
I live 5 doors from moorabbin…was down there just over the weekend…the best surface going around…no one running on it helps…but yeah cant understand the need to leave…plenty area for them to build
I’ve been thinking about the Saints recently. About how that nasty little sycophant Finnis scored the top job.
London to a brick the board were told who to elect by the AFL commission.
Finnis is a sleeper and he is owned by Fitzpatrick and his minions. This will go further.
St Kilda will end up based in New Zeland somewhere.
A mate of mine who is a mad saints fan and went to their AGM told me that everyone there thinks he’s an idiot.
Most haven’t connected the dots between an AFL puppet being made CEO and the handouts their club relies on from the AFL though.
