Is everybody happy with the coaching setup going on to next year?
Obviously we have Hirdy coming back and theres no way theyll let Bomba go. so far the panel will probably be
Head Coach: James Hird
Senior Assistant: Mark Thompson
Head of Coaching, Development & Strategy: Neil Craig
Defensive Coach: Matthew Egan
Midfield Coach: Simon Goodwin
Forward Coach: Nathan Bassett
Development Coach: James Byrne
VFL Coach: Hayden Skipworth
Who will go?
Who SHOULD go?
Who is doing a great job?
Should we pick anyone up?
etc.
Hope this doesn’t turn into a Hird v bomber who should coach thread

Give all the jobs to BASS
Reckon you could almost split Neil Craigs role and let Bomber focus on game day related tasks while letting Craigy working on the operational side of things.
Leave Goody as senior assistant.

Mark Harvey mentioned on SEN that he would be interested in coming back to Essendon too.
Reckon we will struggle to keep Goodwin. Sadly.
Dustin development coach if no going round again.
I'd like to see Scotty21 in there somewhere

Isn't Goodwin currently Senior Assistant? I don't think he'll take a demotion.

I would say Goodwin will be gone by the end of the season.
Either will take a senior gig somewhere else or head back to Adelaide and be an assistant there.

It depends on wether, with Roos taking on the extra year, meant Lingy didn't have to front up at Melb for another 12 months,
but o/wise, the Deez coach in waiting slot could be on the cards,
