Haydos and Ravi proving the broken clock adage right by bemoaning the fact head didn’t play first test.

Well done, Australia.
Any Test win in India is meritorious.

Let alone batting fourth. Let alone a possible 9 wicket victory.

almost there

They know we have the spinners to hurt them on ■■■■ tip and their batting has been pretty ordinary.

Our best chance of winning the last test is them doubling down and rolling out a minefield.

The nonsense thing about it is that they have quality seamers.

Their plan, which they have stated in the media, is to prepare a pitch to mimic the UK pitches.

Steve Smith take a bow.

Lol, yeah that was bollocks.

Smith captains by feel. Cummins captains by planning committee.

Has that feel about it, he doesn’t seem to like to change the set plan too much.

My first trip to Bangkok was by overnight bus from Phuket. There was no airconditioning, so windows were open all night. The road was one lane each way, and there was no such thing as a shoulder on the side. Two or three passengers sat on the engine cover (front engine) next to the driver, and talked to the driver all night, to keep him awake, as there was no relief driver. When getting a ticket l always went for a seat about 2/3 towards the back, near the rear door so that l could exit in a hurry if needed.

Yet he didn’t review an LB here and it was only hitting leg.

Interesting question. If the team batting fourth wins by 9 wickets, is it really that bad a pitch?
