This comment from people that snicko is always used isn’t actually correct either. Sometimes on those types they don’t even use snicko it is so obvious. Normally the batter sees it on replay and starts walking off. He knew he hit it, you could see it in his face.

And he is right. It was weird he even chose to use it. It was clear as day and he even said it. You can only assume he wanted to make it a certainty but it backfired. He may not do that again.

I’m not quite as condemning about the ump decision. Not an easy one with it rolling off a closed face. It was the earlier LBW that should have been given onfield.
