I think we need someone to reset the culture, whether a first time coach can do that Iām not so sure. Iād be happy enough with a Longmire or Hinkley to come in as that guy, do 3-4 years to set things up right and have the hand picked successor (Kelly, Enright) to take the reigns after that.

Look there is certainly a romance to the whole āhird redemptionā thing but are we all forgetting what coaching this club and the fall out from it all did to him?
Im not mentioning it out of the respect but it certainly seems many have forgotten.
As a club, i do not want him subject to that again.
