I’m in Sunbury and we have about 12 Pizza joints and I reckon none are great!
Where’s the unlike button?
What’s really good is the different capricosa pizzas depending on where you are in italy. Some have artichoke, some don’t. Some use ham, others use salami.
Best one I had was in Tropea
I shudder to think what @BAAKKEERRRR will say to a Cauliflower base Pizza.
Made this a couple of years ago.
Too much work to make it regularly, but for those Gluten intolerant a good option…
As long as it didn’t taste like cardboard (or look like a beautifully symmetrical and manicured golfing green which is being aerated, as those pre-made ones that ■■■■ pizza shops use do), I’m ok with the idea…
Gammon has always been ham steak, hasn’t it?
Maybe, but we’d never heard of it.
Well, you should have asked, shouldn’t you?
Incorrect. You have the one that rules all other Sunbury pizza places. Mystic.
50% for the poll??? You have to be kidding! So many pineapple on pizza heathens in here. No wonder we are a ■■■■ club.
Maybe its the minority that is ■■■■?
I’m having trouble working out who the minority is in a 50/50 vote.
My backyard. I have a woodfired pizza oven.
Touche
I had to check the poll to make sure your vote hadn’t tipped the scales.
And how many times have you used it? I imagine that 99% of people who buy one of those don’t tend to actually use it that much
The debate / controversy about pineapple on pizza I have always found really odd!
Sometimes I feel like eating a proper Italian pizza, three ingredients only, thin base, buffalo mozzarella, made with love and care, and sometimes I feel like smashing a crappy ham and pineapple with terrible strips of ham, tinned pineapple and the fakest cheese you can imagine. It doesn’t have to be one or the other - you’re allowed to like both!
Same
Proper pizza would definitely be my overwhelming choice.
But every now and again(hung over a variable) I get a craving for an old school Aussie style supreme/the lot. It’s a comfort and nostalgic thing. The sweetness of pineapple/onion/capsicum is needed to cut through the grease and cardboard flavoured ham, haha.
Not as much over winter. Other times about once a month. Instead of BBQs we invite people over for pizza and guests bring their own toppings. MrHeff did a pizza making course.
