Maybe I should have worded that as “the scoring says nothing about how active you are, just what your opinions areâ€. Though when the mainstream persists in drifting off to the unprincipled top right, you either get active (and slagged for it, mostly) or you get marginalised.

There is, but it's binary. If you've got a dot, then you've gone through 4 pages of crap questions, and you're not apathetic.

liberal (small l) is generally taken to mean left wing on social issues. Do what you want, be who you wanna be, the Gov't shouldn't interfere. Opposite would be socially conservative.
The Australian Liberal (capital L) party is conservative on social issues.
Broad brush terms they're neo-conservative - liberal on economic issues (companies should be able to do what they want) but conservative on social issues (people shouldn't be allowed to do anything weird, you weirdoes).
The Aus Democrat party were big on social liberalism before they died, Greens and Sex party carry the can there now, Labor tilt slightly more liberal than conservative but not by much - Unions aren't necessarily liberal.

It’s always a stupid test that assumes relevance of currently debated issues. I always end up fascist communist when really I don’t give much of a ■■■■ about the topics of the questions and hate the ideas behind communism and socialism.
fundamentalist humanist is never a possible outcome on these things you have to pick between “stupidly cares more than practical” and "selfish beyond caring about others."
