Travelling northbound on the Sunbury Rd out the back of the airport. Loads of roadworks and big trucks. White car came up speeding and then got stuck behind a big truck and a couple of cars. It’s single lane there and you just have to wait until you get the double lanes again. He kept on pulling out and trying to overtake (on double lines) and sitting right up the back of another car. As soon as we got to the double lanes, he took off at speed. About 500m down the road - pulled by a marked highway patrol car. I don’t know where they were hiding but there were smiles all around as we drove past.
Daughter worked at Lilydale this morning and got snow there and I knew it snowed at Warburton and at Mt Baw Baw so thought you guys might have got some in the Strzeleckis as well.
We had a blackwood in our backyard cut down last year. Huge mother. We’ve lived here for 14 years. Wasn’t until the blackwood came down we realised we can see Mt Baw Baw from our backyard. Snow and all. Its pretty cool.
Good to see the team wearing the indig jumper this weekend, I have always wondered why we were one of the only clubs that wore it on Dreamtime only, finally waking up.
