No.

I agree.
I swore I wouldn’t go into bat for this track on principle, but since you’ve mentioned it…
I think only Boys In Town is better.
Sleeping Beauty comes close.
A hell of a lot went wrong with that album but those two tracks…
The descending vocals in the bridge blending into the rising chorus gives me a musical ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  every time.

It’s a patchy album to be sure, but the half that’s good is really good.
McEntee and Amphlett were starting to develop their (well-earned) reputation for being difficult.
When an album needs a legend to decipher which track was produced by which production team, you just know it wasn’t a happy thing to make…

No. Outside of the odd song, I’ve always found this guy to be terminally over-rated. Every bit as derivative as Oasis or Wolfmother.

Wow.
That’s…I mean I don’t mean to alienate my audience but…Oasis/Beatles Wolfmother/Sabbath/Zep et al.
Who do you think TI are ripping off or even influenced by?
The Avalanches?

That might mean something to me if I knew who the fark TI is/are?

Tame Impala.

Love this song, surprised it hasn’t been played actually.

Big yes.

Ah, silly me.
Righto then… as far as the songs I’ve heard go… variously Todd Rundgren (massively), George Harrison, Pink Floyd, The Bee Gees.
Haven’t paid any attention to him since 2016-ish, so perhaps he’s developed more of his own sound since.
His musical magpie nature is slightly broader than Noel Gallagher’s (whose music collection begins and ends with Magical Mystery Tour, Rubber Soul and Revolver) but it’s still pretty obvious…
