Accidentally Was Released.
Angie agrees.
So do I.
Ahh, that was it. Easy clip to parody.
Have a yes 7-0
FK, missed voting on Labour of Love. Would have been a big yes. Whirled was really a fantastic EP.
I remember when Ordinary Angels was released and they played a gig downstairs at RMIT at lunchtime. You couldnât get into the theatre, and they had the whole thing (what would now be called) streaming to a bank of CRTs in the caf, and you could barely fit another person in the caf either. It was insane.
So a carryover yes.
For more 90s memories .
Yeah
Saw them at my second-favourite gig ever, supporting Violent Femmes.
âThis is the biggest room weâve played in.â
âThis is the biggest room Iâve been in.â
Charm? Oh yeah.
Same era, good times.
Actually - crappy times.
however - 72.00
yes
Itâs never gonna be that waaaaayâŚagain!
Yes
And people reckoned my set was Triple J material?!?!
Just as well I look back very fondly on this eraâŚ
YesâŚ
Pretty sure Horsham didnât have Triple J in â91.
And the Cruel Sea are Triple M, thank you so very much.
Thatâs true but trust me, they were very much Triple J from 1993 to about 1996. Youâd barely get through an hour without hearing this, Black Stick or Better Get A Lawyer (amongst others)âŚ
My old U/17s footy coach loved these guys. Played this album to death.
YES
Clouds! Yes!
Greatest hits set.
Easy yes.
And now Iâm walking through the âcarnivalâ at Stawell at 2am (1) on Easter Saturday with a lovely girl from Greens Creek. I really should have guessed that Wim would drag me into western Vic.
((1) Yeah, right, more like 930pm, but it feels like 2am)
Hell yes!!
Saw them last year, and they were still great - harmonies well and truly in tact! New (as yet unreleased) stuff sounded promising too.
Just donât play their Wichita Lineman cover - it didnât fare well. Or was it you that did?
Nope.
