My recently departed Dad lived in the Yarra Valley for close to 30 years & was still considered a borderline tourist in the community. Country towns can be funny like that (yes, I mean Perth as well).

Yanchep Lagoon. 4BR (new) houses with a swimming pool. Ocean views. 5 mins walk to the beach. 350-400K. Paradise.

Actually I don’t mind the odd JayKay track, but let’s face it… he laid out his barrow on LP#1 and hasn’t varied from it one jot since… AC/DC is positively genre-hopping by comparison…
