This “Spacer” track has that compact, clean, choppy rhythm guitar throughout. It couldn’t be, could it? So I do a bit of research… written & produced by… yep, you betcha… Nile Rodgers.

More clarification: 5th album as that artist…eg Neil Young as a solo artist…or Neil Young & Crazy Horse…
