What the actual, KJ??
Is this the bottom level stuff
.
Is he voting on the correct comp?
Hate to lose the points. Surely they stand?
I took longer to copy and paste each song than people take to listen to them.
There’s not that many tracks, and a few are instant “draw a line through that one”. Then there’s the obvious top 2 or 3, which leads to very few actual decisions that need to be made/songs that need another listen
I bet you all wished you had an entertaining novelty song to listen to eh?
Ok, fair enough, I don’t wanna tell people how to do it.
There’s a song there that was just so good, and then… then… something ungodly happened… from 5 votes to 0 in an instant…
I picked up on that sax
@mrjez PEOPLE
5 Fred Again - Delilah (Pull me Out of This)
4 Anderson .Paak - King James
3 Sonic Youth - Mary Christ
2 Weezer - Suzanne
1 Sonic Youth - Mildred Pierce
Especially one I knew so well
5 - Song 8: The Waifs - London Still. Not sure why, but it gives me goosebumps.
4 - Song 10: The Bedroom Philosopher - Northcote (So Hungover). I haven’t heard it before, and I won’t suffer any regret if I don’t hear it again. But I really enjoyed it as a one off.
3 - Song 9: The Chemical Brothers - It Began In Afrika. One of my all time favourite artists…clearly. But I find this a bit overly screechy. Which, by their standards, is saying something.
2 - Song 12: The Strokes - Welcome To Japan.
1 - Song 7: Midnight Oil - Section 5 (Bus To Bondi).
You’re a star @mrjez!
Seeing as though whoever wins this round in the A division essentially wins the final, I just wanna say… get farked, blonde DJ!
It takes 3 votes to reel them in!
5 votes: Oils - Bus To Bondi
4 votes: TMBG - Istanbul
3 votes: KISS - Detroit Rock City
2 votes: NWA - Straight Outta Compton
1 vote: Dead Kennedys - California Über Alles
HM: The song that was great… until it wasn’t. If only votes were awarded for half-a-song,…
@mrjez
5 Dead Kennedys - California Uber Alles
4 Nirvana
3 Eddie 9 Volt
2 RATSM - Norfcote
1 They Might be Giants - Istanbul
I’ve got a Playlist titled “Tracks to score BDJ votes”.
Seeing it brings more negative feelings than “Essendon Edge”.
Both feature Brad
Not sure Brad (the musical one) features in Klawds’ playlist…
