When I was about 50 I went to Collingwood to a skate shop to buy some wheels. Channel 7 filmed me crossing the road and made out that I was some sort of local hipster.

  1. I lived in Newport
  2. I had 2 kids (apparently hipsters don’t have kids)
  3. I had a dog
  4. I wasn’t their age demographic
  5. I owned a house that I had paid off
    etc etc

Those idiots used me for their article without my permission and got every single thing about me wrong

I wonder if that was the same tour as when I saw them in Japan. They came here for a summer festival in August about that many years back.

It was a triple header in Singapore. Band of Horses, Vampire Weekend and the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s destroying eveyone as the closing act.
