Unnecessary sax crimes. No…
Never dug thin lizzy.
Nay.
Wow…have you ever listened to Live and Dangerous?
It’s one of the best live albums I’ve ever heard.
And they were one of the best live acts I’ve ever seen.
2-2
I saw Thin Lizzy and I was soooo ready to tee off.
But that was mildly tolerable, damn it!
Begrudging yes.
I’m slowly winning you over
Slow down there Fangio.
You’ll be the age of Moses when he died before that happens.
So…by my next birthday then…
Haha, that setup was for someone else. Not you. Well done
I for one have never approved of all the jokes about Swoodses age. I find them in poor taste.
Just because he heard the Big Bang, grew up in Pangea, watches Jurassic Park to reminisce about his youth, worked the bar at The Last Supper and knocked about with Alexander before he was Great, I just dont see the humour in poking fun at him about it and find it all in rather poor taste…*
*There are also rumours he may in fact be the actual inventor of the oldest trick in the book.
Nah theyve just never flicked my switch, so never gone deep. Maybe one day. But the surface level observations I have of them kinda come off a touch bland to be honest.
Maybe one day I’ll dig a little deeper.
I got into them via Live and Dangerous.
I’ve never really got into any of their studio albums so if you’re opinion comes from that area, I can understand it.
An almighty burn against the man that discovered fire.
Yeah don’t make fun of Swoodley’s age, make fun of his questionable music taste and horrible Blonde performances. Ok, and his age too.
NOPE
That’s funny coming from a person whose only music go to is 90s grunge
3-3
I mean, that’s demonstrably not true.
But it’s still better than your musical preferences
You’re probably right…I must have forgotten a track from 1989 that you once played.
TBF I can hardly expect a man of your ahem vintage to remember much.
