Good Sunday arvo set, Swoods.
Nice variety and stuff I haven’t heard.

Yep, Stan.
Sounds a bit like Fred Schneider from the B52’s.

Swoods is killin’ it. Has dug into his crate, piffed any Chris Isaak or similar records and gone ‘Fck it, I am playing my bombs’. Yes.
Check out the Private Idaho clip, it’s actually Mitch Brown.

I can’t believe that so many of you don’t appear to have heard Stan Ridgway…he was with Wall of Voodoo and then went solo.
This track is from his first solo album - The Big Heat…check it out if you like this track.
Two dudes?
Yes to Stan. And yea to all things related to Wall Of Voodoo…
That’s a lot of dudes, dude
Have a yes
We are assuming they are dudes as well.
p.s. Kira - don’t bash me. Just joking.
p.p.s. PP2…nah…forget it. You couldn’t bash me, even with one hand tied behind my back.
Yes. And no I haven’t heard of Stan.
10-0…that’s about the quickest I’ve ever gotten a song through.
Ok…story time…I was home a few years ago when I saw an ad for that night’s episode of Rockwiz. It said that the feature artist was J.Mascis and I’m a big fan of his so I watched it. The other guest artist was some chick called Adalita who I’d never heard of.
I watched the episode and was pleasantly surprised when Adalita did her solo song.
Now most of you will be aware that I’m not usually a fan of cover versions but the following track is the duet that J.Mascis and Adalita did that night.
I really liked it a lot.
Unnecessary yes.
He’s the singer of one of my favourite songs, and this is good too.
Sob story wore me down. No.
