Don’t know if it was that game but the going in for surgery the week after rings bells.
Also saw him dominate a final for a quarter and a bit before being carried off on a stretcher.
Spent years with my mates pencilling him in our next seasons best 22 based on those few glorious glimpses
I feel your pain. I’m so bad I still wonder what him and Joe as a combo up forward would have been like.
