Goddard & Demps as senior players were always coming back in once fit IMO. Two top ups post their milestone games out.
Smack has had some solid form in 2’s and since he is a listed player seems fair, Blues rucks fairly mobile also. Much rather have had Jamar in throwing his weight around though.
Unfortunate for Raz, and surprised to see Kommer but from a small fwd perspective we actually have very little left in the cupboard with Stokes out too. Woosha comments about his selection in video indicate has earnt his spot after a very interrupted year. Hopefully plays a lockdown role on Simpson.
All the in’s have plenty to play for, careers are very much on the line for 3 of them and Goddard will want to be involved in this win fo’ sure.

If the careers of Kommer, Dempsey and McKernan are “still on the line”, then Essendon has serious problems and deficiencies with its list management.
