The package is performance based. To get it Tesla needs to sell 20 million vehicles and 1 million humanoid robots over the next 10 years.
Considering Tesla sold 1.79m cars last year and facing increased market competition that will only increase, it’s a big incentive and those “shareholders” (probably all investment firms) will make plenty if the target is hit so it’s probably worth it for them.
So 21m items at $100k a pop is $2.1T. So half will go to Elon?

If he achieves that, good luck to him and us investors that will see our shares go from $450 a share currently to $2,700.
