Time for a hard reset

If JD and Smith had been fit we could have gone close.

I’m not sure the list needs a hard reset.
But it does need to be led by people who were involved in winning cultures.

Given our assistant coaches (mainly Harvey and Skipworth) haven’t been in winning cultures for more than a decade and our leaders have largely learnt from the failures of the last decade, we desperately need guidance from successful teams (Hawthorn, Geelong or Sydney). We don’t need their fringe players, but some of their aging better players.
They may not be great whilst playing for us, but they could help reset the standard we need to be a powerful side.

maybe next year once rutten and caracella run the show we will get some new blood in and move Harvey and Skippy on.
