He was on a great trajectory a few years back and hasnât ever quite recaptured his form. After winning the Comm Games Gold in that incredible race, he copped a pretty nasty injury and then from memory of a few comments he made, he has battled a bit mentally.

China were 8th in the final in Paris with 38.06, so that run of 37.87 would have been touch and go to make the final.

I suspect we are heading towards a golden era for Australia T and F athletes. there is so much youngish talent coming onto the scene.

last years world juniors was our best result, lots of good results.
most of the girls in the 4x400m were in the world juniors, so plenty of upside.
