Trade Discussion 2018/19 - I am Coniglio, I need TPP for my Bunghole!

#2946

2/3 of the comp would be insolvent without AFL handouts. According to a story I read in the Fin Review about 18mths ago there’s literally only 6 clubs in the comp that could stand on their own two feet.

Losing your ■■■■ is reserved for times like when Wanganeen left. :exploding_head:

#2948

They’re in the window mind

#2949

Great, can we just trim the league down to these 6 plus a few extra to make up appropriate numbers?

#2950

DING DONG

#2951

Jeez, lets not get ahead of ourselves wob. If being a big club is the difference, it’s taken us a while to show it.

(There’s alliance and politics, but personally, id have loved to have played for any club at afl level.)

#2952

Yep. That’s correct.

Here are the numbers. You need to go into each annual report & find the AFL distributions, which make it appear as if several clubs are profitable - when in fact - they are not.

Gees Ricky. A bit early for the heavy stuff isn’t it? Even though it’s not a school night.

#2955

Yeah, looking through it at school girls

#2956

No…they’re outside the window, checking out girls undressing.

#2957

Ricky may not be the best source for trade info he has got a few right , but he does go out of his way to help people, Only a few weeks ago visited a mate of mine in hospital who is undergoing cancer treatment, then organised TBC to sign a playing jumper and got a ess team signed football for him

#2958

So he knows Tom?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

#2961

You know that’s not Donger, … right??

#2962

Be absolutely nuts for both us and Bell to part ways now.

#2963

Yeah. Assumed it was the guy that got the charity top?

#2964

PATTON PENDING

#2965

It’s getting crazy now. Full blown PR disaster. Other clubs will probably stop talking to them
